Regular exercise lifts my spirit, clears my mind, and gives me added energy to meet the demands of my busy schedule. I can ‘run and not be weary, and … walk and not faint’ (D&C 89:20). Proper physical nourishment is an important key to unlocking spiritual ‘treasures of knowledge, even hidden treasures’ (D&C 89:19).”
