Hello! I am putting together a book that reflects immigration and immigrant cooking in Utah, and would love for you to participate.

You are invited to share a 750-1200 word essay on your (or your parents or grandparents’) immigration path, or a family story that that reflects the recipe or recipes that will also be included. The recipes need to be native to your homeland, yet reflect ingredients that can be purchased at a local Utah grocery store. My goal is in celebrating the multi-national, beautiful people who now call Utah “home.”

Not only would I love for you to contribute an essay and some recipes, but I would also love for you to share this with any first, second or third generation immigrants you may know who still make recipes from their country of origin.

First time contributors VERY welcome!

Please feel welcome to contact me for examples or with any questions you may have.
